I have had my automobile serviced @ your location since I purchased it..The last service they did not wash my automobile and I called, today to set up a service appointment and was" rudely" told about your policy to not give out loaner vehicles to owners with vehicles with more than 60,000 miles, they do not give loaners and with all of the work that was suggested, I would have to take off work to have it completed. (Will change Dealerships)
Service was fine but when I asked to speak with a finance manger concerning the Lessee's Affidavit of Primarily Non Income Producing Vehicle Use form I was asked to wait in the customer waiting area for servicing. I waited for over 10 min but had other obligations I had to meet had to leave without the form and will have to make a special trip back to get it. Satisfied with vehicle service, unsatisfied that I will have to return. ( I also made sure to include the Lessee's Affidavit of Primarily Non Income Producing Vehicle Use form in my comments when requesting service.)
My service advisor Richard,is the best.. Richard is very professional he takes the time to listen to your needs and makes sure you are happy with all services. He goes beyond what you expect. Richard is the reason that I keep coming back to this dealership
