I picked my car up after repairs was done, then I had to bring the car back because the mirror that I paid them to fix fell. The check engine light was also on when I picked the car up (it was not on when I put it in the shop). The I had to pay more money to get the check engine light fixed. The explanation I was given did I not make sense to me.
