Even though my people keep moving away, their replacements are just as good. Also took a new side view mirror to the Caddy Body Shop that completely restored my XLR-V that was almost destroyed in 2013, to be painted to match my Camry to replace the one that my son inadvertently lost going into the garage the other day.
Schlivia, our salesperson, was outstanding, she was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. also, Al Baker, both of them were great , it was a pleasure doing business with Arlington Cadillac.
I spoke w/Service tech and requested Srvc Mgr to call...I spoke w/another person in service to have Service Mgr call. No call, after 3 days I called my sales rep and ask that the Service Rep call. I received a call at the end of the day. My issue is brakes on my certified car. I'm still waiting for resolution. I even left a voice message for Brendon Port (3days ago)....still no call! I am rethinking my service options at this dealership!
Pros: Everyone was really nice. Cons: 1. When I called to schedule an appointment, I said I was TOTALLY FLEXIBLE. So why--as soon as I got there--was I told it would probably be an 1 1/2 hour wait on my inspection and 30,000 mile check? However, it was closer to 2 1/2 hours before I got out of there. 2. Car wash was out of service. 3. That was the worst lounge I've ever been in. They need to take pointers from Sewell or Frank Kent. The chairs were low, uncomfortable, and hard to get out of. And there were no snacks.
The dealership and service technicians have helped much as they could in the service of my XT5. Unfortunately, I've had to bring the car back more than 4 times for the same issue. The team in Arlington has done everything they could to solve the problem and has spoken to TAC. My car is clearly a lemon and Cadillac of Arlington referred me to corporate office for resolution. I am satisfied with the dealership, but dissatisfied with the car.
The whole team was great, Clint the shop Manager understood my concerns, Mark kept me up to date on my repairs. Peter the service manager thanked me for the business and Erick the Drive Manager got me scheduled for a loaner till my repairs were complete. 10/10 for a job well done!
