I came into the dealership once to look at the XT6 and was greeted by Ron Daley as soon as he saw my husband and I looking around. He was very pleasant and spoke to me about the features on the car and some of the options available on the lot... though the options i was looking for was not present he said he would take my wishes and look for what I want. He found it and called me to come in for a test drive.... i didnt have a chance to come back until almost a month or two later.... but he remembered me as soon as I walked in with my Father and kids! He greeted us and said he had one to show me! I loved it but had some doubts about the 3rd row so he showed me the 2019 XT5 and showed the difference and the trunck space vs the seating... after a LONG time of me being indecisive I settled on the XT6 and we got started on the paperwork. This was all close to time for him to go home.... button didnt say anything about it he just patiently worked with me as all his colleagues left for the evening. We finally got all the financial stuff done and Ron helped us get my trade in vehicle cleared of all my "stuff" and he even put my special license plate cover on the new car!! I really appreciate his honesty and would love to work with him again in the future and will definitely recommend him to family and friends! There's so much more I could say.... but it's pretty long already!!!

It was my first time visiting Cadillac of Arlington and the treatment I received from everyone I encountered was 5 Star. Thank you Mark for handling the service to my car and thank you Sales Manager Jimmy for the lunch Tacos just because I was waiting over lunch time. I will be back any time my V needs service.
Had a ignition issue resolved by having to purchase a new battery although the old battery still had warranty remaining. Was told the reason being that that battery was purchased by my expired warranty package. So I needed to buy on my own
