Customer service rep IVAN was very professional and always was asking if i was satisfied.I have been working for GM for 33 years and i have never had a service rep act so profrssional at any time i have brought my vehicle in for service.Great Job!!!!!!!
Asked about a loaner car while car was in shop, was told that at the time of our appointment that would be decided. Once I arrived...there were no cars..had to rent one. Secondly, I read my Cadillac preowned policy and it states ALL motors are covered..motor in power mirror is out..your service stated it wasn't covered. I bought the car with 44k miles and it was still under factory warranty. Salesmen told us he would note it...he did NOT! SO... sales experience...originally was great.... 1st service... a train wreck

Great service from start. Was also able to get a new remote from parts. It was a wonderful experience and looking forward to my next service appointment. This was my first time taking my SRX to be serviced at my dealership and I will not be taking it anywhere else.
I had an appointment with Robert Baxter. He was very professional and courteous. He was great to work with. Once we made the deal he had me get with the finance director, Al Baker. He also was professional and courteous. He made the financing portion quick and easy. The next time I'm ready for a new car, Cadillac of Arlington will be my first choice.
