I was at a gas station and I could not get the gas cover to open. Went to Cadillac of Arlington and the service guy could not get it to open either. He said "give me the key and I will get it fixed". About an hour and half later they brought it out with a new cover and wash job at no cost. Great service.
I took my car in for the 15,000 mile service. The loaner I was offered was much too large, because of my height. I requested valet service since they had very few smaller cars. The service adviser graciously agreed to set it up for me. My car was picked up by a very kind valet driver, and was returned a couple of hours later. Thank you guys for your service minded spirit!!
Eric was articulate and awesome to work with! He was very patient with me during my impatience, and I am so appreciative of his knowledge and expertise! Eric is extremely flexible and he is now my "go to" guy!
