Ivan and the service team are rockstars. I bought an Escalade from a dealership up the street last week and it had not been inspected properly at all. I had a slur in the transmission. I reached out to Ivan for help. They knew immediately what the issue was and said they would work it in on the same day. They were very busy so I appreciated that. Not only did they fix my issues, they informed me that it was due to be serviced and it was all free of charge. I had no idea. These guys (Ivan and the team) are top notch. I will definitely be back for any service needs.
